I am a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer with several years of experience training older adults in the city of London. In my spare time, I also teach at Fanshawe College, as a Professor for their Fitness & Health Promotion Program.I pride myself with the high level of service I give to each and every client to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. I offer 1-on-1 personal training services and specialize in the following:Functional Strength & Mobility
