My array of experiences as a former university NCAA athlete, a coach, a teacher, a trainer and a 4th year student of manual osteopathic therapy, have all enhanced my understanding of functional body mechanics. Maintenance of whole body balance, movement, strength and mobility are the keys to a healthy and energizing life. I believe in educating my clients in the process of achieving wellness. We will work together on things including strength & conditioning, muscle imbalances/weaknesses, mobility, & daily postural habits. Improving these things can help decrease chronic pain and increase day to day energy. Together we will build a program catered to your needs and help you get you the results you want and need!
